Returns & Refund Policy

At Dearfinds, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid payment options. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully to understand the process for each payment method.
1. Return Eligibility You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- The product is missing parts or accessories
- The product is significantly different from what was described on the website
2. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery
- Products without original packaging
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
3. How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Email us at help.dearfinds@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide your Order Number, Name, and Reason for Return
- Attach clear photos or a video of the damaged or wrong product
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and guide you further
4. Refund Policy – Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders For orders placed using Cash on Delivery:
- Refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI once the return is approved
- You will need to provide your Bank Account Number, IFSC Code, or UPI ID
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after the return is received and verified
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
5. Refund Policy – Prepaid Orders For orders placed using Online Payment (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallets):
- Refund will be credited back to the original payment method
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after the return is received and verified
- Bank processing time may take an additional 2–5 business days depending on your bank
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
6. Exchange Policy If you received a damaged or wrong product, we will arrange a free exchange within 7 days of delivery. The replacement product will be shipped once we receive the returned item and verify its condition. Exchange is applicable for both COD and Prepaid orders.
7. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product): Dearfinds will bear the return shipping cost
- If the return is for any other reason: The customer will bear the return shipping cost
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
- For COD orders: No payment is deducted, so no refund is needed on cancellation
- For Prepaid orders: Full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of cancellation
