At Dearfinds, we believe in complete transparency and fairness in pricing. This Pricing Policy applies to all orders placed on our website, whether via Cash on Delivery (COD) or Prepaid payment methods.

1. Product Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST)
  • No hidden charges — the price displayed on the product page is the final price you pay
  • We reserve the right to update product prices at any time without prior notice

2. Shipping Charges

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Free shipping on all COD orders across India
  • No additional delivery charges — you only pay the product price at the time of delivery

Prepaid Orders:

  • Free shipping on all Prepaid orders across India
  • No additional delivery charges — pay only the product price at checkout

3. COD Charges

  • Dearfinds does not charge any COD handling fee
  • The price shown on the product page is exactly what you pay at delivery — no surprises

4. Discounts & Sale Prices

  • Discounted prices are clearly displayed on the product page, showing both the original and sale price
  • Sale prices are valid only for the duration of the promotional period
  • Discount codes or coupons (if available) must be applied at the time of checkout
  • Dearfinds reserves the right to modify or end any sale or discount at any time

5. Price Errors

In the unlikely event of a pricing error on our website, Dearfinds reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. You will be notified promptly if this occurs. For COD orders, the order will be cancelled at no charge to you.

6. Currency

All prices on Dearfinds are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) only. We currently do not support international orders or foreign currency transactions.

7. Price Changes

  • Prices may change due to market conditions, supplier pricing, or promotional events
  • Once an order is confirmed, the price at the time of order placement will be honoured
  • For COD orders: the price shown at the time of ordering is what you pay at delivery — no changes after confirmation

8. Refunds & Price Adjustments

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Refunds for returned or cancelled COD orders will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days

Prepaid Orders:

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
